Gwyneth Rasquinha
Gwyneth Rasquinha (née D’Silva) has a versatile profile. She is an Artist, Print Media Designer & a Teacher.
Artist
Celebrating life, positive vibes, motivation, serenity and peace are recurring concepts in her meditative, expressive work. She loves experimenting with patterns, strokes and colour. Her preferred choices of medium, are acrylic, watercolors, oil pastels, ceramic and collage. Nature, children, music, beautiful prose and poetry are her inspiration and she draws from them to envisage her creativity and transform them into beautiful meaningful artwork.
Print Media Designer
As a graphic designer and illustrator, Gwyneth has worked on a range of projects that include designing logos, greeting cards, book covers, childrens’ book illustrations, art directing a magazine and below the line campaigns.
Teacher
She has also recently reconnected with her love for elocution and storytelling and is a Trinity College London, Speech and Drama trainer.
She lived in the UAE for 2 decades and is ever grateful for her experience with artists and the art community that embraced her and her art there. She presently lives in her home city Mumbai. Gwyneth has studied Psychology and later Applied Art.
